Many people ask where I get my ideas from when cooking or baking and honestly, I like to just throw food together that I enjoy. Experimenting with new foods is fun to me. Sometimes they turn out good, and sometimes not so much. But that’s all part of cooking, you succeed or you fail.. just how anything else goes when attempting new things in life.
I guess you could say I am a foodie. Fresh foods over greasy anything, ALWAYS! Never was a healthy eater as a kid (but who was?) but as I get older and try more things, my taste buds have changed so much. Teaching myself my way around in the kitchen has paid off.
